We ship all orders within Canada from our warehouse in Elgin,Qc. all orders more than 100.00$ will ship for free.
How shipping cost is calculated:
Shipping fees depend on the weight of your package, the size/dimensions, and the destination postal code.
Our default service is standard ground/economy shipping, which is the most cost-effective option for non-urgent deliveries.
Heavier or larger packages may incur higher fees; remote locations may also add extra surcharges.
Estimated shipping charges:
Orders around 5 lbs: typically approx. CAD $15-25
Orders around 15 lbs: typically approx. CAD $25-40
Orders around 25 lbs: typically approx. CAD $40-60
Orders 30 lbs + : typically CAD $60-80 or more (depending on size & destination)
Please note: These are estimates only. The final shipping cost will appear at checkout after you enter your full shipping address and we calculate the exact rate. All fine art will be charge more than these estimates because of the size of the box.
Free shipping / flat rate shipping (if applicable):
If you qualify for our free-shipping promotion (orders over 300,00 $ CAD) or flat-rate shipping box, we’ll apply that option at checkout and it will override the above estimates.Tracking & delivery:

Returns
We want you to love your purchase!
If a mistake happens on our end — such as a wrong item, defect, or damage during shipping — we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
For any other reason (change of mind, scent preference, etc.), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back within 30 days of delivery.
